It involved two desert vehicles and a bunch of family.

Meet the Teryx and the quad.

We're ready for adventure!

And just what does one do on these all-terrain vehicles?

The adults take turns driving.

The kids pretend to drive.

Even the little ones.

You give each other rides.

Take the family, if you can!

Even the teenagers get a turn at the wheel.

You better hold on tight!

Because you'll be going up and down some steep, bumpy hills.

There are some don'ts...

Don't run each other over.

And don't turn corners without slowing down because you may tip over!
Aside from some scrapes and soreness, the four of us were all fine. We even tipped it back up ourselves. And no, I was not driving. It was ... someone else. I just don't want to make her feel worse than she already does by naming her. Really.
While you're in the desert...

You may as well grill up some beef hot dogs and bratwurst.

And get a fire started, too.

It does get cold once the sun goes down.

Trac Ball is a fun diversion.

Or enjoy being with cousins...

And all the other family.

Or just chill.

This was Sydney's favorite activity:

Playing in the dirt and dumping it on her head!
You should join us next time!
